Mohammed Suraj grew up in Ghana and now calls Winnipeg, Manitoba, home. The distance between those two places is not just geography — it is the path he has walked, and the reason VIM x CO. exists.
His working life began in telecommunication engineering, then branched into places a single résumé rarely holds: co-founding Pravda Farms, running pharmacy operations, managing projects, and coaching young people. Each one taught him something about moving people and ideas across real boundaries.
Along the way he certified in AI, Scrum, and Enterprise Design Thinking — not to collect badges, but because he is genuinely curious about how systems work, and how to make them work better for people.
